Why can I not see any prices on the the products displayed?

When are orders shipped?
Orders received before 5pm are processed for next working day delivery.

All Orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse in Cork.

Do you ship to different delivery address?
Yes, there is a facility to enter a different delivery address when placing your order online.

How much is the carriage charge?
There is a standard flat rate of €7.50 per shipment when ordering online. Additional charges may apply if multiple packages are required , Confirmation will be required in this circumstance.

Can I cancel an order placed online?
An order can be cancelled before 5pm on the day that the order is placed. Order must be cancelled by sending an e-mail to onlinesales@totalimports.ie quoting the order reference number.
You will receive an email from onlinesale@totalimports.ie confirming that the order has been cancelled

How do I know that my order has been processed?
You will receive an order confirmation and reference by email.

Can I collect an order?
Yes, orders must be collected within 48 hours, you should bring your email confirmation or reference. Orders not collected after 48 hours are automatically cancelled and your account credited.
