Ordering Online

You must have a trade account to order on the website.


If you would like to apply for a trade account, application forms may be downloaded from here.

Completed application forms can be e-mailed or faxed back and accounts are usually processed same day.

You will receive your username & password by e-mail and can begin trading straight away.

Why can I not see any prices on the products displayed?

Total Import Solutions are a trade distributor - you will need a trade account and to be logged to the website with your username & password in order to see product prices, order online and take advantage of exclusive online offers.

When are orders shipped?

Orders received before 5pm are processed for next working day delivery.




Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse in Cork.




Do you ship to different delivery address?

Yes, there is a facility to enter a different delivery address when placing your order online.




How much is the carriage charge?

There is a standard flat rate of €7.50 per shipment when ordering online. Additional charges may apply if multiple packages are required, Confirmation will be required in this circumstance.



Can I cancel an order placed online?

An order can be cancelled before 5pm on the day that the order is placed. Order must be cancelled by sending an e-mail to quoting the order reference number.

You will receive an email from confirming that the order has been cancelled.



Can I return online purchases?

How do I know that my order has been processed?

You will receive an order confirmation and reference by email.



Will I get an invoice?

Yes, you will receive a full VAT invoice within 24 hours by email or by post if requested.



Can I collect an order?

Yes, orders must be collected within 48 hours, you should bring your email confirmation or reference. Orders not collected after 48 hours are automatically cancelled and your account credited.
